I have no clue why the gravity was so low. I guess maybe because there was too little mash water, or maybe it wasn't a long enough mash either way, still really weird how low it was. Another interesting factor was my Willamette hops had 7.1% AA, so kinda heavy on that. But I got a solid amount of wort. |

Very good. The smoke really fell out more than I had anticipated. The smoke was nearly perfect actually. Maybe a hair stronger than I wanted. I am thinking about dropping the smoke malt to about 6-7%. Overall very pleased |
