Notes

The Farm is loaded with ripe Chinooks and I want to make a Fresh Hop Ale with a distinctive but not overpowering Rye spiciness in the malt character. Removed the Rye Flakes to tone it down.
This is a hybrid recipe of my own derived from an All Grain Fresh Hop Chinook recipe and a well known Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale clone. SRM is quite a bit lower at 6 than Celebration at 12 but I don't know what adjustment to make for that. .

Starter began 9 PM Saturday we should easily hit the desired 130 billion / .5 LME = +.04 SG or .32 ABV
