Notes

mash at 150 degrees for 60 minutes

sparge with 175 degree water

collect 8 gallons

boil for 15 minutes

cool to 100 degrees

add lacto delbrecki starter and let set until 3.2 ph is reached

boil the remaining 60 minutes adding hops at scheduled times

add .75 oz (whole cracked) coriander and .5 oz (by weight) pure sea salt at 8 min

cool to 75 to 70

pitch with s 05

let it set until fermentation is complete

cold crash at 40 degrees for 2 days

transfer to secondary

add blackberry puree
