Notes

Mashing

29.69 lb of Arrowhead RO water was measured
9.5 lb of milled grain from my home brew store (Doc's Cellar)
Water treating minerals were added at the beginning of the mash

Preboil Specific Gravity: 1.066 corrected for temp at 3.56 gals and 115F

The addition of 2.56 Gallons (21.35 lb) of water will be made during the boil. The total boiling volume is 6.12 gal.

~1.5 Gallons was added after boil before temp dropped below 170 F

Postboil Specific Gravity: 1.047
