A bit warm still ground water is not very cool. Used ice water in bucket in fridge with sump pump which got it down to 65 in a hurry. Tilt was still not calibrated correctly so was showing a bit off for a while. |

Adjusted the calibration on the tilt and swirled the fermenter to free it in case it had lodged against something in the fermenter. I got one crazy gravity reading that was way higher than expected so just ignore that. Calibrated the temperature to be closer to actual. |

Oops, that is what I get for not paying attention. The phone somehow turned off. I usually check it several times a day but I've been really busy. Sigh. It is back on now. |

That darn phone just won't stay on. I'm charging a new phone to see if it will work with the tilt. For the moment I'll just keep turning it on every time I am at home and think of it. |

Ok, so the final gravity just keeps going down, obviously I need to calibrate my tilt as it registered the OG low and is now showing the FG low. Guess all I can do is wait to see just how low it goes. |
