Add cold brew coffee 24 hours before bottling/kegging for coffee variation. 3oz coarse ground beans + 3 cups water per 5 gallons (.6 oz beans + .6 cups water/gallon)

2oz vanilla extract per 5 gallons (.4 oz per gallon) for vanilla coffee version

Second iteration much better. Beer is clearer, all around better taste, aroma, etc. Switched to kegging from bottle conditioning some time ago.

Switched recipe back to 10gal yield. To do a 5gal batch, cut all ingredients in half
