Taste check after adding oak spiral. Probably need to pull it at this point and let it rest for a day where it will be racked from, as it has had plenty of time at this point to pull the oak flavor into it. |

Bottled 24 22oz bottles and loaded the rest into the 1.75 gallon keg. Set to 20 PSI to quick carb. Used 3oz table sugar in bottling bucket to package with. |
