Finally hitting gravity after lagering and gelatin fining day 2. More protein haze removed. Well bodied and bread like. Has a dry end. Should crisp well with carbonation. |

crisp finish;
light aroma of bread;
flavor is balanced bread/malt, light to light-medium body.
a very easy to drink beer at lager temp all the way to the 50's.
Next time, attempt to lager longer, possibly a early summer brew day in a keezer. |
