Notes

after primary fermentation is complete, raise temp to 70 degrees for 24 hours for diacetyl rest, then drop to 60 degrees and dry hop for 3 days. Crash and transfer the following day. Carbonate heavier that usual.

Age for 3 months minimum for best results.
