Notes

Steep grains at 155 degrees for 45 minutes
discard grain bag, and add extract
bring to boil, add hops per schedule above
cool wort to 68 degrees and add to fermenter and pitch yeast
ferment for 10 days, after 10 days open the fermenter and throw in your dry hop additions.
