Yeast dump. Removed 2 beer glasses of trub from bottom of the fermenter. Trub appeared cloudy but was not thick or sludgy |

Trub dump #2.
Steps taken:
- sprayed star san into dump valve
- removed airlock
- pushed lever to let trub come out
- filled a beer glass with trub. Appeared cloudy but was not thick.
- sprayed star san on the bottom of the airlock stopper and replaced |

- Yeast cake was transfered from the fermentor to the keg.
- There was chunks floating on top of the keg. Once empty you could see that the yeast cake was up to the level of the transfer
tube.
-Trub was dumped twice during fermentation but may have been too early as what was dumped was very liquidity.
- next time brewed, wait longer before dumping trub and remove more volume |
