Notes

Klassisk engelsk winter warmer med rikelig maltsødme og en rund, lett krydret humleprofil. Syv sorter malt gir ølet dybde og toner av karamell, ristede nøtter og nystekt brød. Ølet kan med stort hell serveres til julemiddagen.

Whirlpool: skru av varmen, vent 5 minutter, tilsett humleposen, rør rundt, vent 10 minutter, start nedkjøling.

Lagringstid: Kaldt i minimum tre måneder.


Enkel feilsøking
Det plopper ikke i gjærlåsen: Frykt ikke. CO2 kan lekke ut andre steder. Ta heller en SG-måling og se om tallet er lavere enn OG-målingen.

Jeg traff ikke OG: Våre ølsett er beregnet ut i fra 75% effektivitet. Sørg for god sirkulasjon under mesking, ved røring eller pumpe.
