Notes

Added 32oz of liquid unsweetened cholaca to secondary with 1 vanilla bean. Sat for 5 days, then added 0.25oz/gal of hazelnut flavoring (1.125oz total). Sat for another 2 days on the chocolate.
Rack off chocolate into another secondary, added 2 more vanilla beans, sat 5-6 days and then kegged.

Final Gravity - 1.024.
