Yield was not as high as I would have liked, but thats okay. Added ~22g of sucrose, into ~6oz of boiled water for priming. Bottles will be stored at about 67 F |

Has a slight hop aroma but very minimal. Super light tasting, Very under carbonated. Like literally no carbonation. Which is interesting because I had put in a little extra sugar, however I think I under pitched. I was kind of guessing when I threw in the yeast, since it was from a pack for a 5 gallon batch. there is a little maltiness to it that I enjoy, which is what I was shooting for. I haven't had very many extract beers, so I don't know what to expect vs all grain. I did not have super high expectations with it being my first ever recipe build. |
