Notes

Making this to try out the new lallemand dried voss.

Goal here is speed, ferment at 95F.

Pitched about a tsp of the dried yeast, took right off and is bubbling away vigorously 12 hours later.


really pleased with this one -- had a lot of good feedback. Seemed to appease the IPA only crowd while being much more sessionable
