Notes

Soak orange zest in 4-6 oz of vodka 24-48 hrs and add to secondary when racking from the primary.

Steep Caramel Crystal in water until temp reaches 170. Remove and discard. Add 3lb LME at 60 min, Add 3lb LME at 15min. Add DME at 10min.

Dry hop at 5 days prior to bottle/keg
