by refrac. Must have set the recipe to 30 min boil when I gathered water, had to add back 0.6 + 0.25 gal (the 0.25 might be from taking the grains out of the basket almost immediately?) |

Kicked. Plenty of great malty flavors. Bitterness seemed maybe a little rough at times, I might back off the IBU a touch or maybe I'm just not huge on tettenanger, but I also had some issues with contamination in the line |
