Notes

3 gallons Mountain Dew (1.054 OG) degassed by agitator mix blade.
~6 lbs honey, balance spring water.

Mixed well to 1.064 OG.

Added 1tsp calcium carbonate to adjust pH from 3.4 to 3.8.

Pitch yeast at 77 deg. f. Forgot to temper yeast with must.
