Brewed 30 Aug 2020
Actual OG 1.051 FG 1.012 (actual OG does not include ca 1.5 cups bourbon). (2 oz French oak chips and approx. 1.0 cups McCormick 80 proof bourbon added on 7th day along with 0.5 oz Cascade hops).

Very nice. 2020-10-27 Quite a lot of Bourbon character and will cut back if I brew another. Next time will probably stick with a non bourbon stout.
