Initial strike volume of 13L. 600ml of cold added to get to initial mash temperature. 500ml of hot added @ 45min to get back up to mash temperature.

Primed with 75g of table sugar dissolved in 115ml of boiled, cooled water. Priming sugar added to bottling bucket at 23.7°C.
Packaged into bottles:
- 16x 500ml
- 22x 330ml
All yeast sent to waste due to amount of dry hop trub. |
