Notes

Making A gose and wort souring with Omega Lacto blend.

No hops in 1st short boil. adding only my homegrown 2019 whole hops after souring is done in the second boil (15 mins)

check pH after 24hrs (will check again after 48hrs if pH is not low enough) - goal is pH 3.4-3.6
