Yeast pitched 18 hours later on Tuesday 4th August.
Issue with plate chiller so I poured into fermenter and let the fridge take the temp down.
Fermentation temp at 17C. Yeast pitched at 18C.

used refractometer during mash as the grain bed kept sticking and I wanted to be sure I didn't need to increase the mash time. |

utilising a Wish temp probe to monitor temp as I don't trust the Keg King one. There seems to be about 5-7C difference (Wish probe higher). Also confirmed by use of Inkbird controller. Inkbord and Wish difference was only about 1.5C Max |
