More accurate to the recipe than last time:
- brewed night before, let sit on stove overnight to cool
- pitched just dried yeast
- added ~860g of malt extract & 112g lactose
- some loss during transfer (~500-600mL)
- aerated wort pre- and post-pitch
- yeast smelled just a little funky after extracting from the fridge before pitch. |

Priming:
21g Dextrose in 240mL of boiling water, added proportionally to bottles (1 growler, 3x500mL bottles).
Racked with spout as low in bottles as possible to prevent CO2 escape |
