Notes

O.G. 1058
F.G. 1007

Pitched 2 tbsp of previously harvested voss kveik slurry.

Started at 17C, rose naturally up to 19C due to rising room temperature over the days.

Nice chocolatey flavor, low roast. The vienna as base malt makes this beer have a fuller malty flavor. Low hop flavor that complements the maltyness nicely. A little bit thin-bodied due to higher attenuation than expected. Good head-retention - the wheat malt helped here.

Would brew again with a different yeast with lower attenuation (perhaps english ale yeast) or higher mash temp.
