Very good balance of malts, hops, roasted red chile flaver and chile heat. Chile was added in secondary for 26 hours, at the third taste test. The adjunct flavor and heat has stayed constant through drinking the keg. I bottled 6 24 ounce bottles from the keg so I will she how well it holds up. Will be drinking the last bottle around October 31.
This is the first of my beers I'll claim as one of my flagship beers. |
