Notes

Re-Brew of a March 2020 batch that was EXCELLENT. Pale Chocolate is a "Jamil Z" trick to accentuate toast character and crisp finish in malty lagers. Using IO-Harvest yeast this time instead of WLP838. Pitched a partially decanted yeast starter made up of 2 month old IO-Harvest slurry from another German lager. Starter showed good signs of viability.
