Notes

Pitched a 1.5L starter of OYL-071 at midday and set the blowoff tube. Fermenter was full but had krausen coming out of the blowoff by 8:00pm.

Super clean ferment though very active, a few pints come out of the blowoff. My Tilt hydrometer malfunctioned but started at 14 Brix and was down to 8 Brix after 48 hrs.
