Pre acidified down to 4.7 from 5.6. Took 16 ml of 88% lactic acid to bring it down. Then pitched about 16 oz of the good belly probiotic mango. |

Transferred to a co2 purged serving keg. A lot of trub at the bottom so I wasn't able to collect as much as I was hoping. Not able to cold crash in the unit. |
