Notes

In preperation, we also require 4 Vanilla Pods, to be soaked in a sealed container with 200ml of Vodka for 10 day's minimum.
30 days for optimal performance.

Ferment for 10 day's with English Ale Yeast/American Ale Yeast with cleaner flavour.

Once krausen has subsided, rack to secondary.
Before racking, add 1.5kg of Raspberries with Vanilla Pod & Vodka mix.

This will cause a secondary reaction, should back off over 2 days or so. Once backed off, dry hop for 5 days.

Bottle or keg as required on the 5th day.
