Notes

In preperation, we also require 100g of Sour Patch Kids, to be soaked in a sealed container with 200ml of Vodka for 10 day's minimum.
30 days for optimal performance.

Ferment for 10 day's with American Ale Yeast with cleaner flavour.

Once krausen has subsided, rack to secondary.
Before racking, add Sour Patch Kids & Vodka mix and an additional 500g of Sour Patch Kids.

This will cause a secondary reaction, should back off over 2 days or so. Once backed off, dry hop for 5 days.

Bottle or keg as required on the 5th day.
