now lets get up to get to our target of 6 gal pre-boil volume
3.075 gal sparge with colander (.075 = 1.2 cups)
begin boil
.5 oz mt hood (60)
.5 oz cascade (45)

cool and transfer to fermenter
pitch yeast and aerate
primary x5 days
secondary onto 5 lbs fresh strawberries (sanitized, then frozen in painter's bag)
