Volume is after I took out the hop bags and pressed them against the side with the spoon to get as much wort out as I could. This took a while as this recipe had a lot of hop bags.

Couldn't figure out why the wort wouldn't cool down! Ahg! The house water was 70+ degrees! Had to scramble and get a cooler and ice water with a sump pump set up to cool the wort down. <Update> (2) 2L bottles frozen swapped out in the morning and evening seems to be doing the job. The cooler is in the garage with temps here in the mid to upper 90's.

4 oz Amarillo (pellet) for 4 days. Yeah, I cheated I didn't use the leaf hops in the fermenter. I used 4oz of Amarillo pellet hops. Way easier, just rip and dump. I couldn't figure out how to get the bags with leaf to sink & didn't want the leaf hops soaking up all the wort. I didn't have any marbles or anything cool like that that would be easy to sanitize. I didn't really plan very well on that. I was tempted to just dump them in loose but I knew I'd regret that when I wanted to rack to the kegs. So I also shook the fermenter to mix the wort and majorly messed up the tilt. Give it a bit and it should settle in.

Smooth and uneventful transfer of beer to kegs. Hotter than h--- in the garage. Got the fermenter and accessories all cleaned up and ready for next time.
