Pitched 2 pkg of philly sour, added 5 drops of fermcap-s, set in garage closet at rm temp...74F..Did not acidity, but rather left wort at 5.49 ph.
Started fermenting by morning of 7/5 |

Fermented for 8 days at 74-75F. Kegged beer - yeast had dropped clear and put under 10 psi C02 pressure and left at room temp....TDS @ 1153 ppm |
