Notes

Using 'free' mystery pale ale malt, free Victory, with some left over Vienna and Rahr. This will be mashed and boiled without hops, and racked on to our White IPA yeast/dry-hop cake. The hops listed are just for reference. We did throw all the left-over hops into a fermentation bucket with some cropped yeast and the extra 1.25gal of wort. We're also going to try a short boil.
