Tasted moldy. Bitterness cleared a bit
Maybe because sample was taken from the secondary fermenter bottom and the sludge was moldy. |

Put in mini-Fridge for carbonation - mini fridge was iced up until now. Bottles were in washing room on the floor. |

2/3rds of the bootle taste good and are drinkable. The last third is not great and tastes slightly moldy.
The moldy issue must have been introduced with the secondary fermentation. Either not changed to the secondary fermenter sanitized enough (don't think so) or 3 weeks in it vs. 2 weeks ... |
