not yet clear a week after dry hopping. Transferred to 2 gal jugs to remove from trub and dry hops.
hoping to bottle July 13
still showing activity in water locks, not sure if fermenting, or is spoilage bacteria, or releasing CO2 as basement is warming up. |

small sample tasted showed appealing tastes, medium hop. Allayed my fear that the batch was spoiled when gas was emitted after moving to secondary to facility clearing to slow settling dry hop additions. |

Great tasting brew.
While IBU level was evident It kept me interested from top to bottom.
Flavours were just shy of sweet and malt dominance.
Was totally content after consuming 1 brew.
Would drop acid malt to 1oz next batch as there was residual acidity present. Must compare to a lesser amount.
