Notes

I used the mighty Voss Kviek from Escarpment, not the Hornindal Blend. There wasn't a choice in the dropdown.

Just checked a sample from the secondary, and the FG has come down to 1.012!! One more day of that and I'm bottling.

Voss is a monster!!
