Notes

This is one of our best selling beers in our brewpub. It's fresh and hoppy, it's not a 100% NEIPA, cause it uses some hops in the end of the boiling. However, mosaic has low CHO compared to other hop strains.

The result is fantastic, hazy, fruity and with a nice soapy foam. Been brewing this recipe every two months for more than a year now.
