next time hit the 7 gallon mark for boil - that should put you right around 6.8 and closer to 5.5 at the end... |

Fermented at 60 degrees for 7 days. Lots of yeast seen at bottom at end of 7 days. - Warmed slowly over 6 days (From Sunday to Sat.) up to 68 and yeast started to compact a bit and the yeast started to floc out and compress. Beer is just starting to clear. Going to drop temp slowly starting Sun or Mon. - Hope to keg next weekend. |

Tastes yummy but why did it not attenuate all the way? I guess I will wait 3-4 more days before kegging. |

WOW! Tastes amazing! I took this reading yesterday morning. Going to rack to the keg tonight and leave it for another day or two before dropping it in the keezer! |

Tastes amazing! Less sweet. A touch dryer than before and certainly tasty. Perfect hop balance! A bit grassy. |

Kegged beer is fantastic! I was worried for a moment but its carbed up nice and starting to clear. It has a nice german hop flavor and is crisp. Very crushable! Nicely balanced between hops and malt! I love that classic herbal/grassy hop character! |
