Mash and Boil
Mash Carapils for 120 minutes.
Add ultralight LME , boil and add Hops according to schedule.
Add Whirlpool hops at 190.F for approximately
45 minutes and leave in during immersion chilling.
Rack to 6 Gal Plastic bucket on previous yeast cake, hoping that previous UltraFerm is still active.
OG 1.050
