Yeast is Escarpment Cali from Guelph, ON.
2 packets used due to high gravity.

Robobrew has a 6 kg limit on it capacity. I mashed in a secondary cooler because I could not fit the malt in. I also sparged with an additional 10 litres. Used the Blichmann for the boil to get down to 23 litres.
