Notes

Add 1/4 tsp per 5 gallons of water.

Whirlpool hops, add when temperature hits 180 degrees. Leave at temp for 20 minutes.

Drop temperature to 64 to begin fermentation and let it rise: no fermentation temperature control.

For dry hopping, combine all four hops together and split into three equal portions. After 2 days of full fermentation, add the first portion. At end of fermentation, remove first portion and add second portion. Three days after, remove second portion and add third portion. Remove third portion after 3 days.
