Perfect brew session, throttled back the pump when sparging to control the Sparge flow, very successful doing it this way as it kept a 15mm level above the grain bed |

Mid-flow yeast was harvested when last brew hit terminal gravity (-11 days ago), stored in fridge until use. Removed from fridge 2-hours before pitching. Probably raised to 9 or 10oC before pitching into the Fermenator at 15oC.....first bubbles within 30mins of pitching, super-quick to establish. |

Fermenator at 15.6oC and bubbling vigorously (almost a continuous stream), timer on for 4x 1-hour intervals at 400w |

Polyclar added to the conditioned beer whilst being transferred from the 2x cornie kegs (where the beer had been conditioning) into the stainless churn. Churned purged with as much CO2 as possible to try and remedy the O2 which would have been incorporated into the mix when pouring the kegs into the churn |
