Mashed @ 156F for 60 min. Recirculated during the mash. Boiled for 15 minutes and chilled with chilling coil to 90F. Pitched carton of blueberry Goodbelly and will hold at 90F for 72 hours. Let's get sour-ious.

45 minute boil. 64oz pure blueberry juice added @ 15 minutes. Chilled to 74F and pitched 2 packets safale US-05. Primary fermentation in the basement.

Kegged. Added 4oz raw cocoa nibs and approx. 4 oz. blueberries pureed in vodka. It's delicious. Can't wait to see what the cocoa nibs do. carbing @ 15psi
