Notes

Cool wort to ~100 degrees
Transfer to quart jars and add lid and band.
Process in the pressure canner for 15 minutes @ 15 psi

Dilute each quart with a half quart of water in a flask before adding yeast to achieve 1500 ml of 1.040 wort.
