So, the app crashed on me and I'm in the middle of adding shtuff to my kettle. I did not log everything as it should have been done. Add to that, my hydrometer shattered as I was taking a reading. I have no idea what the OG is, I'm assuming I got a decent extraction from grains, so I put it at 1.055. Pitched a 1 liter yeast starter 36 hours prior, added entire contents to fermentor.
WOW, my whole kitchen is lit up with tropical fruit, peaches, blueberries and melon. I love the way Mosaic and El Dorado smell in a whirlpool! Wort tastes like one of those drinks with a little umbrella in it that one gets on a cruise ship. I have high hopes for this one.

Forgot to log some stages, oops.
Pacakged beer, full 5 gallons. After 7 days conditioning, opened to find very little carbonation. Tastes fantastic even under carbbed, continues to carb upon subsequent openings. At this point, have about 3/4 left, planning a big 4th of July bash with close family and will be drinking the rest this weekend.

I cannot praise this recipe enough, it turned out so well. There is an immediate bitter note of grapefruit that softens into mango, passion fruit and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is medium, not heavy at all. A slight malty sweetness. Beer is hazy, as intended, but very little aroma.
I may have dry hopped too soon into primary fermentation. Krausen had not yet dropped and I'm sure that funky California V yeast ate up some of the hop aromas. All is well though, flavor is off the charts. I will definitely brew this again, making sure to wait a day or two longer before dry hop.
