Brown sugar mixed with 1.5 cups of water and heated until melted fully.
Added to bottling bucket and fermenter siphoned into it using a hose to create a whirlpool to mix. Little to no aeration.
Bottling wand to fill bottles. Capped with blue caps. Conditioning in fermentation fridge @ 20C for 5 days. Then stored in closed cases |
