Notes

Malten var för finmald vilket ledde till att genomströmningen genom maltkorgen blev väldigt låg. Det var nästan nere vid värmeelementet innan vi upptäckte det.
Vi löste det med johannes nya humlekorg-på-recirk-slangen grej.
Den satte igen (= filtrearade) rätt fort, sen tömdes den och sattes dit igen. Efter ca 4 vändor hade vi filtrerat ut såpass mycket fint grums att genomströmningen genom maltkorgen var fin.

Glömde lägga till vattenmängden som maltbädden sväljer.
Densiteten var hög så den späddes till 68 liter innan kok.
Då var densiteten 1.050
OG=1.053

Löjligt bra effektivitet??
