Notes

To be honest, I was sceptical on how this brew would turn out, the first time I brewed it. Didn’t know whether stretching the chocolate wheat to beyond I would normally go to in terms of ratio, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Even during bottling, I still wasn’t convinced this would turn out well. Fortunately it turned out really well balanced, not too overpowering by any of the malts. Subtle wheat malt taste as you would expect despite the dark Color. This is followed by a coffee aftertaste turning into dark chocolate that stays on for a while. Really happy with it and something different...
