Taste test - just a hint of spice on back of the throat. solid amber ale. lot of yeast still in suspension.
chopped and soaked 2 habanero in 1.5 oz vodka. Added ~1 of the peppers + all the vodka to fermenter. worried 2 will make it too spicy. will taste again in a few days. |

Yeast dropped out quite a bit, much clearer now.
Taste test - fruity, good. Still only a hint of spice in aftertaste |
